This is a nice sturdy mug rack, well made, of good quality wood, and looks nice in my kitchen. My only criticism is that the hooks are slightly too close together, which means that each mug, even if small to standard in size, rests against the hook below it, instead of hanging freely against the back of the rack, or in mid air. This means that the mugs can only be removed from the rack from the top down, or by lifting a mug to free the one below it, which is a bit annoying, and I am also a bit concerned about the possibility of the hooks scratching the back of the mugs where they rest against them, in the long term. If the hooks had been 2 cm further apart this would not have been a problem. Update: Seller contacted me in response to my feedback about the spacing of the hooks and will review the design and offered me a discount.
