It is possible to personalize the hangers with engraving. You just need to sendย us a message with the information you want to engrave.
If you want to engrave a picture, please, send it to us in vector format.

- Customs processing may add a short delay to delivery. US orders may be held by customs for inspection or clearance, which can occasionally extend transit times. However, you will not be asked to pay any additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees upon delivery.

If we havenโt received your phone number in 3 days after the order has been placed, we will make a refund for shipping costs and we will send it by regular mail.
We accept returns 30 days after delivery.

If the product isnโt damaged and everything is correct the return cost must be paid by the customer. We can offer our shipping service to get a better price in Europe only.ย

How much weight can the Set of 4 clothes rack hold?
Mounted with the included hardware it comfortably holds coats, bags and towels in daily use. The exact capacity for this model is in the description.
Is mounting hardware included?
Yes - screws, wall plugs and a drilling template with instructions are in the box. Most customers report installation takes around 10 minutes.
What is the Set of 4 clothes rack made of?
Each Set of 4 clothes rack is handmade in our workshop in Cesis, Latvia, from high-quality veneered birch plywood - a strong, stable material that resists warping - finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic oils and paints. The exact finish and colour of each variant is shown in the product options above.
Can I mount it in the bathroom - will humidity damage it?
No - the wood is sealed with a moisture-resistant finish, so it is perfectly suited to bathrooms and entryways alike.
Can I mount it on drywall or tile?
Yes - the included anchors work in drywall, brick and concrete; for tiles use a tile drill bit. Message us if you are unsure about your wall.
How long does shipping take?
Standard worldwide shipping is free. Every piece is made to order, so production normally takes 3-5 business days - the estimated delivery dates are shown next to the price above.
Can I return it if it does not fit my interior?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging - see the Shipping and returns tab above for details.
Can I order a custom size, wood tone or a personalised version?
In most cases yes - many of our designs can be adapted. Send us your idea through the Ask a question form above and we will reply within one business day.
