Expedited shipping time takes 1-5 business days, depending on the region.
If we haven’t received your phone number in 3 days after the order has been placed, we will make a refund for shipping costs and we will send it by regular mail.
We accept returns 30 days after delivery.
If the product arrives with damage, incomplete, or with some incompliance please contact us and we will gladly offer a solution in this situation!
If the product isn’t damaged and everything is correct the return cost must be paid by the customer. We can offer our shipping service to get a better price in Europe only.
Is the Wood Step Stool (Geometric) safe for children?
Yes - rounded edges, a stable structure and non-toxic, child-safe finishes. We design and test our kids pieces with our own children in mind.
What age is it suitable for?
Most of our kids pieces suit ages from about 1.5 to 6 years - the exact recommendation for this model is in the description. Adult supervision is always advised.
What is the Wood Step Stool (Geometric) made of?
Each Wood Step Stool (Geometric) is handmade in our workshop in Cesis, Latvia, from high-quality veneered birch plywood - a strong, stable material that resists warping - finished with eco-friendly, non-toxic oils and paints. The exact finish and colour of each variant is shown in the product options above.
How much weight does it hold?
It is built from high-quality birch plywood, which is exceptionally strong - it holds far more than a child weight, and many of our step stools and kids furniture comfortably support adults too; see the description for exact numbers.
Is assembly difficult?
Not at all - simple assembly with the included hardware and instructions. You will also find video guides in our How-to Videos section.
How long does shipping take?
Standard worldwide shipping is free. Every piece is made to order, so production normally takes 3-5 business days - the estimated delivery dates are shown next to the price above.
Can I return it if it does not fit my interior?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging - see the Shipping and returns tab above for details.
Can I order a custom size, wood tone or a personalised version?
In most cases yes - many of our designs can be adapted. Send us your idea through the Ask a question form above and we will reply within one business day.
